Use a Pneumatic Forklift
You could usually find pneumatic forklifts in shipping and warehouse operations. Also known as pump trucks or pallet trucks, they are utilized to move things and materials around on wooden pallets utilizing metal forks mounted on a wheeled counterweight. The counterweight has a pump that raises the forks off the ground. A pallet truck is designed to be operated by one person.
Pallet trucks must be operated with care to avoid loss of control while lifting heavy loads. Equipment must be checked before operating. Clear the wheels area of any obstructions. Check that the handle turns smoothly. The pallet must be stacked carefully to ensure that nothing will fall off during transportation.
On the end of the pallet truck's handle, squeeze the level located on the inside of the metal loop to be able to release the air in the pump and lower the forks. The forks could then be pushed into the slots of the pallet. The forks must be centered to ensure even distribution of the pallet's weight across them. Raise the forks from the ground by pumping the pneumatic lift's handle until the pallet has completely cleared the ground. Do not raise the pallet very high or the forklift could unbalance.
Move the pallet by pulling on the handle and dragging it behind you. It is dangerous to push the pallet ahead of you as the thrust could cause it to lose control. Take turns slowly and don't try to stop suddenly. Stop gradually, squeeze the lever, and the forks would lower to the ground. Finally, remove the forks from the pallet by pulling them out. Return the pallet truck to its permanent place.
